## How does credit usage work?

Credit consumption is determined by the check performed. The total consumption of a customer flow is the sum of the checks run. Retry, failed request and rescreening conditions are explained in the applicable usage policy.

## About plans and credits.

### Does one credit equal one customer?

No. A credit is consumed per check. If you run several checks for the same customer, each one uses its own credit.

### How long are credits valid?

Credits are valid for one year on every plan. Additional credits are available up to 20% on Business and up to 40% on Enterprise; Free and Growth do not include additional credits.

### Do test requests consume credits?

Test and production usage may be subject to different terms. The current test policy is described in the developer documentation.

### Which plans include a support SLA?

Business and Enterprise include a support SLA defined in the contract. Free and Growth include email support without an SLA commitment.
