## Payments and e-money

Map the frameworks for payment services and e-money to your own scope of activity. Do not confuse regulations in transition or at proposal stage with obligations in force.

## AML and crypto

The AML framework, MiCA and the TFR on transfer information have different purposes. A product supporting one area does not mean it covers the whole framework.

## Staying current

Each sub-guide should carry an official source and a check date. Changing the year in a title is not an update; the changed provision and the affected process are stated explicitly.
